About the Role

This is more than a front desk role—it’s your chance to be at the centre of a vibrant student community. As a Customer Service & Sales Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents, creating a welcoming, supportive, and engaging environment from the moment they arrive. You’ll combine excellent customer service with a natural flair for sales, helping turn enquiries into happy residents while ensuring everyone feels at home.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a positive experience for every resident and visitor
  • Act as a friendly and approachable presence at reception, handling queries with professionalism and care
  • Resolve issues efficiently, always putting people first
  • Conduct property tours and confidently convert enquiries into bookings
  • Support occupancy goals through proactive sales activity
  • Assist with events and community initiatives to enhance resident engagement
  • Work closely with the General Manager and team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

About You

  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Confident, approachable, and a strong communicator
  • Experienced in customer service, sales, or hospitality (preferred)
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to think on your feet
  • Comfortable using digital tools and systems
