Working within a supportive and high-performing office, you will play a key role in driving residential property sales and building strong relationships with buyers and sellers.

Key Responsibilities (Estate Agency / Property Sales)

• Registering and qualifying buyers
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
• Progressing sales through to completion
• Keeping clients regularly updated throughout the sales process
• Generating new business opportunities and valuations
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Working collaboratively to achieve branch targets

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven with a proactive, sales-focused mindset
• Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence
