The Pre-litigation File Handling Assistant will undertake a variety of tasks to support the Pre Lit Casualty claims handling teams.
Working Hours
35 hours per week over 5 days
Primary location for this role is Leeds Office
•12 months relevant admin / claims support experience
•Excellent attention to detail
•Strong organisational skills
•Good communication & telephone skills
•Able to use Excel
•Excellent client care and customer service skills
•Ability to manage volume workload via task management
•Ability to work as a team and independently
