Job Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-focused Temporary Insurance Administrator to support a busy insurance team based in Epsom. This is a 3-month temporary assignment, ideal for someone with previous insurance or financial services experience who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the insurance team
  • Processing insurance documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Updating and maintaining policy records and internal systems
  • Handling incoming telephone and email enquiries professionally
  • Liaising with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
  • Assisting with policy renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business processing
  • Ensuring all work complies with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or a similar office-based role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work
