The Role: Parts Sales AdvisorThis is a dynamic, customer-focused position where telesales and relationship building are central. You’ll be the go-to expert for customers seeking parts, advice, and support.
Key Responsibilities: - Communicating with customers in German
- Handling orders, reservations, invoicing, and payments
- Managing after-sales queries and supporting the service team
- Preparing estimates when required
- Prospecting, acquiring, and maintaining customer accounts
- Answering enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face
- Assisting with inventory checks
- Maintaining strong relationships with workshops and service advisors
- Making outbound calls and engaging in cold acquisition
- Occasionally attending car shows or business trips to meet clients

- Experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive industry
- Strong technical understanding of vehicle operation
- A friendly, professional manner with excellent communication skills
