The Role: Parts Sales Advisor
This is a dynamic, customer-focused position where telesales and relationship building are central. You’ll be the go-to expert for customers seeking parts, advice, and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicating with customers in German
  • Handling orders, reservations, invoicing, and payments
  • Managing after-sales queries and supporting the service team
  • Preparing estimates when required
  • Prospecting, acquiring, and maintaining customer accounts
  • Answering enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face
  • Assisting with inventory checks
  • Maintaining strong relationships with workshops and service advisors
  • Making outbound calls and engaging in cold acquisition
  • Occasionally attending car shows or business trips to meet clients
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
  • Experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive industry
  • Strong technical understanding of vehicle operation
  • A friendly, professional manner with excellent communication skills
  • Great organisational abilities and a proactive attitude
  • A clean, valid driver’s licence
  • A passion for building long-term customer relationships
