About the Role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Negotiator to join a successful property group. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for sales and relationship-building to play a key role in driving revenue and delivering exceptional customer service.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales or negotiator role within the property sector
  • Understanding of valuation principles
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ideally be a member of industry bodies such as NAEA or ARLA although not essential
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident, resilient, and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and influence decision-makers
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to closing deals
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
  • Conduct negotiations to achieve the best possible outcomes for both clients and the business
  • Maintain an active pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide accurate reporting and updates on sales activity
  • Deliver a high level of customer service at all times
