A leading Plymouth law firm is recruiting a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its expanding Wills, Probate and Estate Planning team. This is a newly prioritised hire offering hybrid working, strong progression and a high-quality caseload.

The Role – Private Client Law
Manage your own varied caseload, including:

• Probate and estate administration
• Wills and estate planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Trusts, succession planning & inheritance tax advice

Strong paralegal and admin support allows focus on technical work and client care.

Candidate Profile

• Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ–Senior level considered)
• Experience in wills, probate and estate planning
• STEP interest or qualification supported
• Strong client-facing and organisational skills
• Open to full-time or part-time working
