This is your chance to own and shape a growing income stream with huge untapped potential.

You’ll:

• Lead a bold Individual Giving strategy to grow income and donor engagement
• Deliver multi-channel campaigns (digital, direct mail, events & more)
• Drive donor acquisition and retention using data and insight
• Build powerful supporter journeys and stewardship programmes
• Develop legacy and in-memory giving
• Test, innovate, and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI

• Proven experience in individual giving, direct marketing, or fundraising
• Strong track record delivering multi-channel campaigns
• A data-led mindset with CRM and analytics experience
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• A proactive, innovative approach with a drive to grow income
