Job Overview

The Executive Driver / Chauffeur will provide safe, discreet, and reliable transportation for senior executives, including the Chairman and visiting leadership from overseas. The role requires exceptional driving standards, a high level of personal presentation, confidentiality, and the ability to communicate fluently in both Mandarin and English. The postholder will act as a trusted support to key stakeholders, ensuring punctuality, comfort, and professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Transport

• Provide daily chauffeuring services for the Chairman and senior leadership to meetings, site tours, events, airports, and other business-related locations.
• Plan routes in advance to ensure timely arrival, considering traffic patterns, road closures, and weather conditions.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate changes at short notice, including occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Vehicle Care & Presentation

• Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well-presented, fuelled, serviced, and in excellent working condition.
• Conduct regular checks (tyre pressure, oil levels, MOT, servicing, etc.) and proactively arrange maintenance and repairs when required.
• Keep detailed records of mileage, fuel expenses, parking, tolls, and servicing.

Professional Conduct & Discretion

• Maintain complete confidentiality regarding business conversations and executive movements.
• Exercise excellent judgement when interacting with VIPs, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Represent the company with professionalism, courtesy, and cultural sensitivity at all times.

Administrative Support

• Assist with occasional errands, deliveries, and logistical tasks to support the executive team.
• Liaise with Executive Assistants and HR to coordinate schedules and travel plans.
• Support airport pickups, drop-offs, baggage handling, and guest transportation when visitors are in the UK.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience as a chauffeur or professional driver in a corporate or private household environment
• Experience working with Chinese or international executives
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
• Familiarity with West London, Central London, and major UK travel routes
• Clean UK driving licence (minimum 5 years driving experience in the UK)
• Security awareness or defensive driving training
• Excellent knowledge of London roads, traffic patterns, and safe driving practices
• Experience driving luxury vehicles
• Immaculate personal presentation and professional etiquette
• Basic administrative, timekeeping, or log management skills
• Discreet, trustworthy, calm under pressure, and adaptable
