We are looking to recruit reliable and confident Cover Supervisors to join our supply team, supporting local schools with high-quality cover lessons on a day-to-day basis.

This role is ideal for individuals with classroom experience who are confident managing behaviour and leading a class, regardless of formal qualifications.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a classroom setting (school-based experience essential)
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Confident delivering pre-planned cover lessons
• Reliable, flexible, and professional
• Happy and comfortable using public transport to reach local schools
• Available for day-to-day supply as and when bookings arise

Driving is not required – however, candidates must be able to travel to schools reliably via public transport.

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver prepared cover work across a range of subjects
• Maintain a positive and focused learning environment
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Support students to remain engaged with their learning
• Represent schools and our team in a professional manner

Requirements:

• Classroom or school-based experience
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply)
• Right to work in the UK
• Two professional references
