EA / Team Assistant – Boutique Finance Firm (Annual Leave Cover)

C&C Search is currently recruiting an EA / Team Assistant to provide annual leave cover within a boutique finance firm, supporting the Managing Directors and a small team. This is a stand-alone role offering excellent exposure within a close-knit, professional environment, ideal for someone confident working autonomously and happy to be fully office-based.

Key responsibilities for this EA / Team Assistant position

• Providing day-to-day EA and administrative support to the Managing Directors
• Managing diaries, meetings, and scheduling in a busy office environment
• Acting as the main point of contact for the office during the annual leave period
• Supporting general office coordination and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations

What background and experience are the company looking for?

• Previous experience as an EA, PA, ideally within finance or a professional services environment
• Confident working independently and managing a solo support role
• Highly organised, reliable, and proactive with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working fully office-based and supporting senior stakeholders
