Key responsibilities for this EA / Team Assistant position - Providing day-to-day EA and administrative support to the Managing Directors
- Managing diaries, meetings, and scheduling in a busy office environment
- Acting as the main point of contact for the office during the annual leave period
- Supporting general office coordination and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations
What background and experience are the company looking for? - Previous experience as an EA, PA, ideally within finance or a professional services environment
- Confident working independently and managing a solo support role
- Highly organised, reliable, and proactive with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working fully office-based and supporting senior stakeholders
