We are now hiring a Professional Services Recruitment Manager (International Market) to join our Scotland team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a global desk, supporting international clients while shaping a specialist market.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading and developing a team within international professional services recruitment.
Partnering with clients across global audit, tax, and advisory firms.
Overseeing delivery of mid to senior-level mandates.
Driving business development and expanding international relationships.
Building and strengthening global candidate networks.
Coaching and mentoring consultants.
Acting as a trusted advisor on global hiring trends.
What we’re looking for:
Experience in recruitment with exposure to professional services.
Leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
Strong interest in international markets.
Commercial and strategic mindset.
Excellent communication skills.
