An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a professional and friendly financial services firm in the heart of Shrewsbury.

The Role

This office-based role will support Financial Advisors with a range of administrative duties, ensuring smooth client service and compliance standards are maintained. Full-time and part-time hours are available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support to Financial Advisors
  • Processing new business applications including pensions, investments, and protection
  • Liaising with providers, platforms, and clients for updates and information
  • Maintaining accurate client records and CRM systems
  • Handling client queries professionally and efficiently
  • Managing appointments and advisor diaries
  • Assisting with compliance and FCA requirements
  • Supporting clients through onboarding and review processes
About You
  • Previous experience in an IFA or financial services administration role is essential
  • Good understanding of pensions, investments, and protection products
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM/back-office systems such as Intelligent Office or Adviser Office
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Financial services qualifications (or working towards them) are advantageous
