Once again, we’re delighted to be exclusively working with this global manufacturer based in the heart of Derbyshire.

Our client is looking for a proactive Partnerships Manager to develop and manage a growing partner network, mainly within the non-profit and charity space. This is a hands-on role combining relationship management, partner enablement, and joint marketing initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams. You’ll love getting out and about to meet people and network, so a driving license is key. Use of a pool car is available.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and onboard new partners, including CSR-aligned opportunities
• Build and manage strong partner relationships
• Deliver onboarding, training, and enablement materials
• Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns, events, and sponsorships
• Support partnership agreements and negotiations
• Monitor performance, report on ROI, and optimise partner activity
• Identify new partnership opportunities to scale the network
• Ensure compliance with UK regulations and contractual obligations

About You

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Commercially minded and results-driven
• Organised with solid project management ability
• Confident negotiator and influencer
• Experience in partnerships, account management, or similar
• Some understanding of marketing and how to support on joint marketing initiatives with partners
• Ideally some experience/knowledge in the CSR and charity space
