Job Description
Attend breakdowns, repairs, and routine maintenance visits
Work safely at all times, following health & safety procedures
Deliver a high standard of service and customer care
Use digital systems to log work and support first-time fixes
Take part in the out-of-hours call-out rota

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Experience with escalators and/or moving walkways
Strong mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge
NVQ Level 3 (or working towards with good progress)
Great communication and a customer-focused mindset
Full UK driving licence
