Commercial Analyst

This is an individual contributor Analyst role focused on driving insight across marketing performance and customer behaviour. You will own end to end analysis, with a strong emphasis on marketing attribution across digital and offline channels, alongside deep customer analytics covering lifetime value, retention and behaviour. Working closely with senior stakeholders, this role will translate complex data into clear commercial insight, helping the business better understand where revenue is generated, how marketing spend performs, and how customer relationships can be grown over time.

We are a UK based live entertainment and ticketing organisation operating across multiple venues and sales channels. Our business combines digital ticketing, owned venues and a strong consumer brand, selling millions of tickets each year. With ambitious growth plans and recent senior commercial hires, data is becoming central to how we scale and compete.
The Role
