An established executive search and interim services firm is seeking a Researcher to join its growing team. This is a target-driven role suited to someone comfortable working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative, high-performance environment.
You will support the full executive search lifecycle, from role inception through to offer management, adding value through high-quality research, strong candidate engagement, and market insight. You'll also help shape best practice through continuous feedback and improvement.
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role coupled with outstanding communication skills and commercial acumen.
Our client can offer full or part time hours and hybrid working plus excellent bonuses.
