Cover Supervisor - Term Time Only

£26,517 - £28,720 actual salary
36 hours per week | Mon-Fri | Term Time Only

We are looking for an experienced, organised and flexible Cover Supervisor to join an outstanding special school, supporting children and young people aged 7-19 with complex needs.

The role includes:
Delivering classroom cover
Coordinating daily staff cover arrangements
Supporting and mentoring supply staff
Promoting safeguarding and positive behaviour

You will need:
* Experience working with children
* Timetable coordination experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong organisation under pressure
* A full driving licence and access to a car, as the school is in a rural location with limited public transport
