Role Overview

We are recruiting experienced Complex Needs Support Workers to support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, and behaviours that challenge.

This role is suited to confident, resilient workers who can manage high-risk environments professionally.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with complex needs and behaviours that challenge
• Implement behaviour support plans
• Assist with personal care and daily living
• Maintain accurate incident and care records
• Work in supported living and residential settings

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months UK care experience (essential)
• Experience with challenging behaviour / autism / mental health
• PMVA / CPI training (preferred but not essential)
• Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)
• Right to work in the UK

Desirable

• Experience in forensic or high-dependency settings
• Medication training
