Procurement & Contracts Manager

Location: South London (Hybrid working available)

Full-time | Permanent

Salary: c. £47,000-£50,000 + excellent benefits package

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced procurement professional to join a growing a growing and successful organisation based South London.

This represents a fantastic opportunity to shape procurement strategy and drive value across multiple sites, working closely with senior leaders and operational teams to deliver high-quality services and cost-effective solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the strategic direction of procurement across the organisation, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
• Leading on tenders and procurement activity including estates, facilities, catering, and capital projects.
• Managing supplier relationships and maintaining a robust preferred supplier framework.
• Driving value for money through effective contract negotiation, benchmarking, and spend analysis.
• Monitoring contract performance, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and key performance indicators.
• Identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in procurement practices.
• Providing hands-on support for cross-functional projects and initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• MCIPS qualified or actively working towards.
• Strong background in public sector procurement and contract management.
• Solid understanding of procurement legislation.
• Confident using Microsoft Office tools and e-tendering platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and conduct benchmarking exercises.
• Strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
• A flexible, solutions-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
