About the Role: ACS Staffing Solutions are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a new and prestigious client based in the Leighton Buzzard area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced VNA Driver to join a growing and fast-paced warehouse operation where no two days are the same.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – choose the shift that suits you:
6:00am – 3:00pm
1:00pm – 10:00pm All shifts include a 30-minute unpaid lunch break and two paid 15-minute breaks.
The Role: This is a varied, hands-on position where you’ll be a key part of the warehouse team. While VNA driving is a core part of the role, you’ll also be involved in wider warehouse activities, so flexibility is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating a VNA truck to move pallets and containers safely
Picking and packing orders with accuracy and efficiency
Loading and unloading goods
Supporting general warehouse operations when required
Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained at all times
What We’re Looking For:
Valid external accredited VNA licence (essential)
Proven VNA driving experience – no newly qualified candidates
A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to support across the warehouse
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a busy environment
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
