About the Role

As Luxury Sales Consultant , you will be responsible assisting in the overall performance, presentation, and success of a high-end luxury jewellery showroom. You will help to inspire a high-performing team, deliver an impeccable customer experience, and uphold the highest standards of luxury retail excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with overeeing day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and immaculate luxury environment
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients, supporting relationship-building and repeat business
  • Drive sales performance through strategic planning and client development
  • Help with managing stock, merchandising, and visual presentation of fine jewellery collections
  • Ensure showroom security and adherence to jewellery handling protocols
  • Assist with operational administration including scheduling, reporting, and compliance
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and discretion


About You

  • Proven experience in luxury jewellery or high-end luxury retail Sales
  • Naturally client-centric with a passion for service, storytelling, and relationship-building
  • Leadership skills with the ability to develop and mentor teams
  • Commercially astute with a focus on sales performance and showroom KPIs
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
