Full time | Hybrid/Office based 2-3 days per week (ability to work from one of our main offices throughout South and Southeast England, London or Scotland offices) with some UK travel

About the role... 

The Portfolio Benefits Lead is responsible for defining, planning for, tracking, and reporting benefits across a major transformation portfolio within Operations directorate.  

We deliver safety, warmth, and comfort to homes and businesses. Every role, whether in the office or on the front line, plays a key part in this mission. Here’s how you will contribute… 

• Develop and implement a consistent benefits management framework across the Operations transformation portfolio that links to, and supports, the high-level enterprise benefits framework  

• Establish governance, standards, and tools for benefits identification, tracking, and reporting
