A hands on, fast paced role, that'll support across all the main marketing initiatives for the business, my client has an extensive property portfolio across London within the residential market.
A small tight-nit team offering broad exposure across all the main marketing channels. Great for someone to get hands on aswell as strategize at board level with the senior team.
A Typical Day Would Involve:
Research of background development information and defining/producing creative brief for required marketing material.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, agencies and suppliers.
Support on brand awareness
Social media posts, Instagram, Linked etc
Dealing with high-net worth clients.
Ensure up to date and accurate content is displayed on the web pages and property portals, instructing updates and production of digital assets accordingly.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years marketing experience within real estate. This could be development or agency side.
