Overview A global organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale, multi-year transformation programme. The role will focus on replacing legacy systems with a modern, centralised platform, ensuring smooth delivery from initial requirements through to implementation and business transition. This is a high-profile role requiring strong coordination across multiple business and technical teams.Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery across discovery, development, testing, implementation, and transition phases
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones
Coordinate cross-functional teams including data, technology, operations, and business stakeholders
Establish governance frameworks and provide clear reporting on progress, risks, and issues
Manage project risks, dependencies, and change control processes
Oversee requirements gathering, testing phases (including UAT), and business sign-off
Support planning for release, migration, and operational handover
Monitor resource allocation and highlight capacity or delivery risks
What They're Looking For
Proven experience delivering complex, multi-year transformation or system implementation projects
Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership
Experience working across full project lifecycles (requirements through to delivery and transition)
Background in data-driven or system migration programmes is highly desirable
Excellent planning, governance, and documentation capabilities
Confident communicator with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments
