The role:

You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through key parts of the homebuying journey and introducing additional services such as conveyancing, surveys and protection.

• Speak with new clients looking to secure a mortgage
• Explain services clearly and professionally
• Book appointments with internal advisers and specialist teams
• Manage diaries and support the wider advisory team
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer experience

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-facing role (financial services ideal but not essential)
• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
• Organised, proactive and detail-oriented
• Ambitious - someone who wants to build a long-term career, not just do a job
• Motivated by progression, development and earning potential
