We're working with a UK-based business looking for a Finance Manager to take ownership of core financial reporting and support the wider finance function in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Monthly management accounts (P&L and Balance Sheet)
• Balance sheet reconciliations and controls
• VAT reporting and submissions
• Year-end statutory accounts support and audit liaison
• Cashflow reporting and forecasting input
• Budgeting and forecasting support with FP&A
• Process improvements and efficiency projects
• Supporting and developing the finance team

About you:

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Strong financial reporting and controls background
• Experience in a fast-moving, multi-entity environment
• Confident communicator and team leader
