The Job:

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Temporary Administrator to join them for a temporary role on an ongoing basis. This role will be working as a receptionist/administrator, and you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing both phone calls and emails.
  • Liaising with both internal and external customers and members of the team
  • Making sure documents are up to date.
  • Working on IT systems such as Word and Excel
  • Managing visitors
  • Dealing with queries
  • Carrying out bag searches



The Person:

For this role, our client is looking for someone who has previous administration or receptionist experience and have an enhanced DBS (it’s essential you already have one already)

  • A good eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role, ideally in a residential environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other online platforms.


The Hours:

Monday to Friday 37hours a week


The Location:

Bristol, car parking (100% office based)


The Salary:

£12.80 per hour
