Window Fabricator/ Glass Inspector

Location: Witham

Pay rate: £12.71 per hour

Days: Monday to Friday

Hours: 06:00am - 14:30pm

Duration: Temporary to Permanent

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented candidate to join our production team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing experience to secure a long-term employment with a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and assemble window units in line with production specifications.
• Handle, cut, and process glass safely and accurately.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Identify defects, inconsistencies, or damages and report issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Work with team members and supervisors to meet production timelines.

Requirements:

• Experience working within a manufacturing environment is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work with tools, machinery and measuring equipment.
• Good level of physical fitness (lifting and standing required)
• Reliable, punctual and strong work ethic.
