I am working with a Legal 500 recognised, multi-disciplinary law firm seeking to appoint a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its established team based in Wrexham.


This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive disputes team with a strong pipeline of varied and high-quality work, offering genuine scope for development and progression.


The Opportunity

You will handle a broad and varied caseload of civil and commercial disputes, working closely with experienced Partners based in the Wrexham office.


The work includes:

  • Property disputes, including landlord and tenant matters
  • Contract disputes, negligence, nuisance and breach of contract
  • Professional negligence claims
  • Contentious probate and inheritance disputes
  • Company and shareholder disputes
  • Consumer and commercial disputes
  • Regulatory and business-related issues
  • Trespass to the person and wrongful interference with goods
  • Defamation matters


You will manage your own files with appropriate support, with the opportunity to develop a specialist area depending on your interests and experience.


About You

You will demonstrate:

  • Solid grounding in civil litigation and dispute resolution
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload independently where appropriate
  • Strong communication and client care skills
  • A collaborative and team-focused approach
  • Good IT skills and file management capability
  • An interest in networking and business development
