The Opportunity
A well-established, multi-brand business is looking to appoint a Lifecycle Marketing Executive to play a key role in driving customer engagement and revenue through email and CRM activity.
This is a high-impact role sitting within the digital marketing team, with ownership of lifecycle campaigns, customer journeys, and performance optimisation across multiple brands.
You’ll be joining a business with a strong customer base, a clear growth trajectory, and a real focus on data-led marketing.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of email and lifecycle marketing activity end-to-end — from planning through to execution and performance analysis.
Key responsibilities include:
Plan and deliver multi-channel lifecycle campaigns (primarily email)
Build, manage and optimise automated customer journeys
Drive segmentation and personalisation using customer data
Own campaign execution (briefing, testing, scheduling, deployment)
Analyse performance and deliver actionable insights
Lead A/B testing to improve engagement and ROI
Collaborate with digital, trading and brand teams
Ensure best practice across GDPR, deliverability and data compliance
Support continuous improvement of CRM platforms and processes
What We’re Looking For
2–4+ years’ experience in email / CRM / lifecycle marketing
Strong understanding of customer journeys, automation & segmentation
Experience with platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo or similar
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capability
Experience delivering campaigns end-to-end
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
