Our client is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to join their team in Sheffield on a temporary basis.

About the Role

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day cleaning operations and ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently met. Your duties will include:

• Supervising, motivating, and supporting a team of cleaning staff
• Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
• Carrying out regular quality checks and site inspections
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and hygiene regulations
• Training and inducting new members of staff
• Managing rotas, workloads, and addressing any issues promptly

About You

The ideal candidate will be professional, proactive, and hands-on, with a strong eye for detail. You will have:

• Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or in a similar role
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• A commitment to high cleanliness and hygiene standards
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A valid Enhanced DBS certificate
• Registration on the DBS Update Service(essential)
