We are currently recruiting for a reliable and customer-focused Reception Assistant to join a busy residential/site team in Edinburgh. This is a varied role suited to someone who is confident dealing with people, flexible with shift work, and comfortable responding to on-site issues when required.
Full training will be provided for all compliance and safety-related duties.
Main Duties
General reception desk duties
Welcoming visitors and contractors to site
Maintaining sign in/sign out logs
Resolving door lock issues when required (full training provided)
Responding to fire alarms if required (full training provided)
Conducting Means of Escape walks to ensure fire exits remain clear
Ad hoc cleaning and tidying duties around the property
