An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join a well-established, client-focused law firm based in Crowthorne. This is a fantastic position for someone looking to develop their career within a busy and supportive residential property team, gaining exposure to a full range of conveyancing transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting fee earners with residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
• Managing a caseload of sale, purchase, remortgage and transfer of equity files under supervision
• Preparing and drafting contracts, transfers, and completion statements
• Conducting searches, Land Registry applications and SDLT submissions
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors to progress transactions efficiently
• Providing excellent client care and maintaining regular communication throughout the process

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Property Assistant
• Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach

Desirable

• Experience handling your own conveyancing files with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of case management systems
• An interest in progressing long-term within property law or qualifying as a Solicitor or Legal Executive
