To be part of a team of 3, reporting directly to the new business Team Leader, helping onboard new customers, having a keen eye for detail, protecting the business from credit risk and Fraudulent applications.
Key Responsibilities
Customer onboarding and master data processes
Recording of all communications
Making credit decisions
Application and maintenance of key controls
Management of departmental email inbox
Timely and accurate processing of master data changes
An eye for detail, and an instinct for credit risk
Addressing and resolving issues with customers through email and telephone
Provide holiday cover for team members
Developing excellent customer service for our internal and external customers
