The role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained from day one to become a capable, confident and self-sufficient recruiter.

You will work on live recruitment assignments for global clients, supporting senior consultants before gradually taking ownership of your own market and desk.

Training is practical and hands-on, delivered directly by experienced consultants and leadership, rather than generic classroom sessions.

What you will be doing

• Sourcing and engaging high-calibre candidates across international markets
• Supporting recruitment for investment funds and high-growth businesses
• Building long-term relationships with candidates and clients
• Conducting market and sector research
• Managing interview processes and offers
• Taking increasing responsibility as your skills and confidence develop

Training and progression

• Structured six-month training and probation period
• Daily exposure to senior consultants and leadership
• Ongoing coaching and mentoring
• Clear progression from trainee to consultant level
