What you’ll do:

• Define and execute RTL verification and coverage strategies for highly parameterised IP
• Develop verification components such as BFMs, monitors, and testbenches
• Build and improve automation, metrics, and verification workflows
• Work with Python, C++, and RTL simulators (Cadence, Synopsys, etc.)

What they’re looking for:

• 4+ years verification engineering experience
• Strong understanding of SystemVerilog, Verilog, VHDL, SystemC, C++, Python
• Experience with UVM / VIPs / verification infrastructure
• Knowledge of hardware communication protocols (AMBA, OCP, etc.)
• Shell scripting experience
• Curious, autonomous, and quality-driven mindset

Compensation:

• Salary range: 160,000 – 260,000 PLN annually
