We're thrilled to be recruiting for this employer of choice in their hunt for a personable and proactive Business Development Executive.

We are seeking a relationship driven/account managerial style of Business Development, alongside proven history in new business development (f2f) and cold calling to work best in this environment.

As an experienced sales person and relationship builder, you will find this environment a total breath of fresh air - this is a stable and long term existence with an attractive and uncapped commission package.

Day to day duties include:

  • Proactively contact potential new clients based on market research and leads obtained.
  • Consistently seek new leads and opportunities based on market developments.
  • Work alongside the business’ external partners and internal teams to deliver outstanding service.
  • Arrange and attend face to face meetings to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Stay up to date with the market conditions and business competitors, looking for USPs when selling to clients.
  • Attend trade shows and represent the business on promotional stands, presentations.

Experience in the Property sector (agency, lettings or management) would be advantageous but is not essential whereby our client is known for market leading training.

This is a remote-based role, looking for someone within the North of England, so you'll need to be mobile and keen to operate on a regional basis.
