What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of our team, you’ll take charge of the entire recruitment journey, including:

• Managing the full permanent recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement
• Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Advertising roles, searching databases, and headhunting top talent
• Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting high-quality candidates
• Coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth candidate and client experience
• Advising clients on market insights, hiring strategies, and talent trends
• Negotiating offers, salaries, and employment packages
• Maintaining accurate and organised records in our recruitment CRM system
• Achieving individual and team targets while celebrating shared success

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is driven, confident, and passionate about people and business growth:

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or business development (recruitment experience highly desirable)
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• A target-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness
• Highly organised with great time management skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems, job boards, and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing
• Able to work independently while contributing to a supportive team culture
