Recruit UK are supporting a highly respected wealth management and financial planning firm based in Bracknell, and they’re looking to take on a Financial Planning Administrator to support their ongoing growth.

In this position, you’d be providing full administrative support to Financial Planners, assisting with investment-related tasks, and putting the client experience at the forefront.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative support to Financial Advisers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Liaise with operational teams to support activities such as transfers, corporate actions, and data updates
  • Prepare meeting packs, valuations, and supporting documents
  • Assist in preparing new business pitches and client presentations
  • Maintain accurate client records and back-office systems


Skills & Experience Required

  • 1+ year/s within a financial advice administration position
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Knowledge of investments and pensions (life assurance knowledge is desirable)
