Head Chef - Role & Responsibilities 

• Must have proven experience as a Head Chef
• Must have proven experience with fresh food
• Creative flair and passion for fresh food and menu development 
• Communicate effectively at all levels
• Planning and organising skills
• Excellent attention to detail and standards
• Leadership skills with the ability to demonstrate a hands on approach to your work
• Excellent commercial skills
• Motivating, coaching and developing the team
• Ensuring excellent levels of communication between the team
• Ensuring high food quality is maintained
• Ensuring all health & safety standards are adhered to managing stock control
