We’re partnering with a rapidly growing, multi-site hospitality operator to find an ambitious HR Manager to support regional teams across the UK. This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a high-impact, visible role, working closely with senior leaders to shape culture, drive performance and make a real difference on the ground.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as a trusted partner to operational leaders across multiple sites
  • Leading complex and high-volume employee relations with confidence
  • Driving recruitment, talent and workforce planning
  • Using data to spot trends and improve engagement, retention and performance
  • Championing a positive, high-energy culture across frontline teams

What We’re Looking For

  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong background in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
  • Confident managing complex ER cases
  • Solid understanding of UK employment law
  • Commercial, resilient and able to influence at all levels
  • Full UK driving licence and happy to be out in the field
