Robert Half is exclusively partnering with a high-growth, private equity-backed renewables services business to recruit a Group Accounting Manager into its London-based Group Finance team.

This is a hands-on role within a multi-entity, international group, offering strong exposure to consolidation, group reporting, technical accounting and audit in a business that is scaling quickly.

The Role

• Own and deliver the group month-end close across corporate and central entities
• Lead consolidation, intercompany and eliminations in a multi-entity environment
• Review balance sheets, journals and group reporting outputs, ensuring strong controls and audit readiness
• Work closely with senior finance stakeholders to improve processes and bring structure to an evolving finance function

The Profile

• ACA qualified, trained in practice, ideally 1-4 years post qualified
• 1-3 years post-qualified experience in industry
• Strong technical accounting and consolidation experience
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, navigating stakeholders and taking ownership in a fast-moving environment
