Client Engagement Ambassador

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday; flexible weekend shifts available

We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive Client Engagement Ambassadors to join our Clients engagement team. This role is perfect for individuals who are confident, friendly, and enjoy engaging with the public, ideally actors or those comfortable in interactive roles. You will play a crucial role in attracting new clients to our clinic by initiating conversations, showcasing our services, and distributing brochures. This position is particularly suitable for animal lovers, as you will be promoting a clinic that serves the needs of various animals.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Proactively approach members of the public to engage them in conversation about our clinic and services.
• Encourage potential clients to visit the clinic for a tour.
• Distribute brochures and provide detailed information about our offerings.
• Aim to meet daily engagement targets by interacting with 20–40 people.
• Record and report on the number of engagements and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and friendly demeanour, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Experience in roles requiring public interaction, such as acting or promotional work, is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and adaptable to work both weekdays and weekends.
• A passion for animals and their well-being.
