About the Role: You will be responsible for delivering engaging, tailored sessions to pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, complex learning difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health needs. You will play a key role in creating a nurturing, inclusive environment where every learner can thrive and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver differentiated activities to meet individual learning needs Assist in developing and implementing personalised learning plans help foster a safe, supportive and inclusive classroom environment Work collaboratively with teachers Help monitor, assess and report on student progress
Requirements:
A child care qualification A minimum of 6 months experience working in an educational setting A genuine passion for supporting pupils with special educational needs Strong communication and teamwork skills Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude
