PA to Finance Director (Full Time/ 37.5 Hours per week) - 3 days in the office 

About the role

You will assist the FD with the day to day running of the department. This is a varied role.

• Maintain and update the CRM system (Agency Pilot)
• Answering the telephone and fielding relevant queries to the correct individual
• Manage the diary of the FD
• Dictation of reports and documents as required
• Supporting administrative duties
• Minute taking and sending out Minutes/Actions from meetings
• Assist other Agency team members as required
• Assisting with Staff events
• Overseeing the administration of the HR function with the FD
• Adhoc tasks as required

About you

• Must have excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Able to operate under time-pressured circumstances and able to prioritise accordingly
• Must have excellent attention to detail, able to check their own work
• Ideally have a background in the Buildings and Lettings Sector 
• Comfortable dealing with colleagues at all levels of the organisation
• Must be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills
