Our client is a well established technology recruitment business with an impressive international footprint and a strong reputation across contract and permanent markets. With a team of around 120 staff globally, they have built a highly successful model delivering talent solutions across technology, managed services and project based hiring.

They operate across multiple global locations including London and the US, with a strong focus on technology recruitment and a growing managed service offering.

Due to continued growth, our client is looking to hire a Senior Delivery Consultant / Internal Recruiter to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the candidate side of recruitment and wants to focus on delivery rather than heavy business development.


The Role:

Managing the full candidate delivery process for technology vacancies

Sourcing high quality candidates through their own internal database, job boards, LinkedIn and networking

Working closely with senior consultants and account managers on live roles

Supporting global recruitment projects across contract hiring

Building strong candidate relationships and managing the interview process

Delivering talent into managed service and retained client accounts
