What You'll Do:
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes, machinery, tools, and the overall site. Your responsibilities will include:

• Daily Maintenance: Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on Pneumatic, Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Electrical systems according to a monthly schedule.
• Rapid Response: Quickly address machinery breakdowns, diagnose faults, and implement effective rectification measures.
• Documentation: Capture and record all maintenance activities, ensuring accurate tracking of work completed.
• Tooling Management: Identify underperforming tools and develop improvement plans, including justifications for capital replacements.
• Stock Management: Maintain an inventory of critical spare parts to minimize downtime.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Production Manager and liaise with external contractors when necessary.
• Training: Attend relevant training courses to enhance your skills related to machinery and processes.

What You'll Bring:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment, including expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Strong knowledge of gearboxes, pumps, valves, chillers, compressors, motors, bearings, and presses.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with PLC systems and the ability to interpret electrical schematics, pneumatic circuit diagrams, and engineering drawings.
• MIG welding skills and a computer-literate background.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• An ability to thrive under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Position Details:

• Contract Type: Permanent
• Expected Hours of Work: Full-time, Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 14:00
