Construction Disputes Solicitor

An opportunity to join a highly regarded national construction team recognised by both Chambers & Partners and Legal 500. This role will offer you as a junior qualified solicitor exposure to complex, high-profile matters, including multi-million-pound adjudications, cladding disputes and major infrastructure and healthcare projects.

What does the department do:
Advise on a broad range of contentious construction matters: 

• Adjudications
• Defects claims
• PFI/PPP disputes
• Final account claims
• High-value infrastructure disputes

Across public and private sector clients such as NHS Trusts, local authorities, contractors, developers and housing providers.

What experience is needed:

• Qualified Solicitor circa 1 years’ PQE upwards
• Experience of construction disputes and advisory matters
• Strong drafting and analytical skills
• Excellent organisation and client communication abilities
• Ambitious 
• Flexible and part-time working arrangements and this firm have an adaptable approach to hybrid working.
