Full time (37 hours per week, 09:00-5:30 Mon-Thurs, 9:00-5:00 Fri)

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with an exciting and fast-growing business looking for a Brand Partnership Coordinator to join their global team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone organised, detail-focused, and customer-driven who enjoys supporting relationships and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
You’ll play a key part in supporting the Brand Partnership Team, helping deliver a high-quality customer experience across a global client base. This is a varied role combining administration, customer care, and CRM support.

Key Responsibilities as a Brand Partnership Coordinator

• Support CRM activity and maintain accurate customer records
• Assist with cancellations, retention activity, and follow-ups
• Provide admin support across customer accounts and internal teams
• Track customer interactions, feedback, and account updates
• Support marketing communications including mailshots
• Help source new business contacts for the wider team
• General admin and coordination across a busy, fast-paced function

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong admin experience, ideally in a customer-focused environment
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams)
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Monday.com, NetSuite) is a bonus
• Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
